i found heated towel rails in the bathroom. i liked fresh fruit selection offered daily during breakfast. location was also convenient for accessing public transit routes. i got to local attractions without any issue.
the street noise was noticeable. The window seal was broken. I heard traffic quite a lot. It made sleeping tough.

this hotel had easy access to bus and tram stops. it made travel simple. i saw clear signage and felt safe. the hotel had a nice breakfast area with a view of the main street.

my single room included new toilet. the room got cleaned every day by housekeeping. it also included a small balcony. i did request that balcony in advance and was pleased to have it.

The location was fantastic. I could walk to many places or hop on the tram right nearby. the breakfast had a nice variety... i especially enjoyed the fresh croissants and fruit. also, the staff was always ready to help with directions or recommendations, which i appreciated very much.
The shower head in my room needed some adjustment. It was difficult to get the water to point straight down, so i had to hold it in place sometimes.

the hotel provided luggage storage after checkout, a feature i found quite useful since my flight was later in the day. the tram stop is close, enabling easy access to central locations.. the area has many cafes and restaurants.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The manager were very good too assist me. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, and I had a view into a courtyard.
The scrambled eggs were not very hot from the toureen.
